  1. 2-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  2. 2 cups salted matzos, crushed into small pieces

  3. 1-1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut

  4. 2/3 cup sliced or chopped almonds

  1. Coconut-Almond Haystacks: Melt the chocolate chips according to the directions on the package, and stir until smooth. Combine the crushed matzos, the coconut, and the almonds in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the dry mixture and stir until all of the pieces are coated. Use a teaspoon to dollop haystacks onto a sheet of parchment or waxed paper, or into paper muffin cups. Allow the treats to cool (about 10 minutes). Makes about 60 pieces.
