  1. 2 cups shredded cheddar or monterey jack

  2. 6 8" flour tortillas

  3. 4 ounces ortega diced green chiles -- drained

  4. 1/2 cup ortega thick & chunky salsa prepared guacamole sour cream sliced pitted ripe olives -- for garnish

  1. Preparation : Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese onto half of each flour tortilla; top each with 1 tablespoon chiles. Fold tortillas in half over filling, pressing gently. In skillet, over medium heat, heat 2 filled tortillas at a time for 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. Cut each into 4 triangles. Top each triangle with 1 teaspoon salsa, guacamole, sour cream and olives. Microwave: On microwavable plate, heat 2 filled tortillas at high (100% power) for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve as above.
