  1. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Horseradish

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Capers

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml White vinegar

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Dairy sour cream

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Style-style mustard

  1. * Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for Capers.

  2. Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sugar.

  3. Mix well. Serve with beef with caper sauce or with any roast beef.
