  1. 1 lb Lean Ground Beef

  2. 1 tb Butter

  3. 1/4 c Onion; Minced

  4. 1/4 ts Garlic

  5. 16 oz Tomato Sauce;

  6. 2 Cn

  8. 1/4 ts Pepper

  9. 1 c Sour Cream

  10. 1 c Cottage Cheese; Creamed

  11. 1 1/4 c Carrots; Sliced, Cooked

  12. 8 oz Md. Noodles; Cooked & Drain

  13. 1 c Cheddar; Md, Shredded

  14. Brown the ground beef in the butter and add the onions and garlic. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Combine the sour cream, cheese and carrots. Add the combination to the noodles and mix. Alternate layers of the meat mixture and the noodle mixture in a 3-quart casserole, beginning and ending with the
