  1. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Brown rice - cooked

  2. 1 Frozen green peas

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Cooked chicken breast halves - cubed

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  5. 1/3 cup 30g / 1.1oz Slivered almonds - toasted

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Soy sauce

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper - ground

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dried tarragon

  10. Vegetable cooking spray

  1. Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in bowl. Transfer to a 3 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
