  1. 2 cups Gay Lea Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese

  2. 500 mL

  3. 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves

  4. 7 mL

  5. 1 tbsp each coarsely chopped kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes and red onion

  6. 1 tbsp each lemon juice

  7. 15 mL

  8. 1/2 tsp minced garlic

  9. 2 mL

  1. Stir cottage cheese with oregano, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice and garlic until well combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.

  2. Makes 2 cups (500 mL)
