  1. olive oil

  2. 1 large onion , chopped

  3. 1/2 cup green pepper , chopped

  4. 1 clove garlic

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. dash of pepper

  7. teaspoon paprika

  8. 1 can of diced tomato es

  9. shrimp , as much as you want to throw in

  1. Sautee onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, paprika and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp, heating thoroughly. Serve over rice.
