  1. 10 Eggs

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz All-purpose flour

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  5. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Shredded Monterey jack cheese

  6. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Cottage cheese

  7. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine - melted

  8. 2 Chopped green chiles

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large bowl, beat eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into eggs (batter will be lumpy). Add cheeses, butter and chiles. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
