  1. 3 crowns broccoli

  2. 1 whole red onion , chopped

  3. 1 cup tiny tomato es, sliced in half

  4. 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

  5. 2 cups jack cheese, shredded

  6. 8 oz. sliced mushroom s SAUCE :

  7. 2 cups mayonnaise

  8. 1/2 cup milk

  9. 3 tablespoons lemon pepper

  10. 3 tablespoons dill weed

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, milk, lemon pepper, and dill weed set aside. Chop stem from broccoli. Put stem in food processor to chop. Dice up broccoli head. Chop onion and add to broccoli. Cut little tomatoes in half and add shredded cheeses, add sliced mushrooms. Then mix the sauce into the salad and let set in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight for more flavor.
