  8. 1 cup sliced green onions

  9. 2 tablespoons becel

  10. 1 cup wild rice -- unccoked

  11. 3 cups nonfat chicken broth

  12. 1 teaspoon sage

  13. 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  14. 1/2 teaspoon salt -- optional

  15. In a saucepan over med. heat, saute the onions until tender, about 5 mins.

  16. Add rice; cook for 8-10 mins. Add broth, sage, thyme, and salt. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at

  17. 350 degrees for mins. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
