  2. Carrots, cooked and passed through meat chopper

  3. Sugar

  4. Water, very little

  1. Mix the carrots with sugar and water.

  2. Cook until thick.

  3. Watch and stir carefully to prevent burning.

  4. Serve as marmalade.

  5. If marmalade seems too sweet, add a little lemon juice.
