  1. 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

  2. 2 tsp. baking powder

  3. 1 tsp. finely grated orange peel

  4. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

  7. 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

  8. 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

  9. 3/4 cup sugar

  10. 1/2 cup apple sauce

  11. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

  12. 1 large egg

  13. 1 large egg white

  14. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  15. 1/2 cup raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Combine flour, baking powder, orange peel, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Combine sugar, apple sauce, pumpkin, egg, egg white and oil in a large bowl. Stir flour mixture into pumpkin mixture until well combined. Stir in raisins and spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan on a rack. Cut into bars.
