  1. 6 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk

  3. 1/4 cup baking powder

  4. 2 teaspoons salt

  5. 1/2 cup sugar

  6. 3/4 cup shortening

  1. Preparation : Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in the shortening until thoroughly mixed. Place in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place; it will keep for 6 to 8 weeks.
