  1. 1 small savoy cabbage, shredded

  2. 1 small red cabbage, shredded

  3. 1/2 small sweet onion, sliced very thin like the cabbage

  4. 1 cup sour cream

  5. 1 cup real mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

  6. 2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish

  7. 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar or sugar substitute

  8. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  9. 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

  10. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  1. Place savoy cabbage , red cabbage , and sweet onion in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together sour cream , mayonnaise , horseradish , sugar, vinegar , celery seeds, salt , and pepper until well-combined.

  3. Pour dressing over cabbage and sweet onions . Toss to mix.

  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

  5. Yield: 10 to 12 servings
