  7. 3 c Potato water

  8. 1/2 ts Salt

  9. 1 ea Garlic -- clove

  10. 1 c Cream -- sweet

  11. Boil and mash potatoes and garlic (onion may be used

  12. instead of garlic); add potato water, salt and cream.

  13. Let come to a boil and serve at once with salt wafers.
