  1. 1 package (3.4 ounce) of Chocolate Instant Pudding and Pie filling

  2. 2 cups of Milk

  3. 1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese

  4. 4 ounces of Cool Whip

  5. 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  1. Make the Chocolate Pudding by adding the milk and allow to set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or so while whipping the other ingredients.

  2. Whip the cream cheese in the mixer, add cool whip, then add the chocolate pudding.

  3. Pour this ingredients into the Graham Cracker Pie Crust.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Yield: serves 8 Notes: The key is to allow the cream cheese to warm to room temperature, it will not work if it is cold.

  5. I made this also using Banana Cream Instant Pudding and Pie filling, adding slices of banana to the filling then adding a dollop of cool whip to the top when served.
