  1. Memphis Blues All-Purpose Dry Rub

  3. 1 cup dried parsley

  4. 1 cup sugar

  5. 1 cup Lawry's Seasoned Salt

  6. 2 Tbsp. ground black pepper

  7. 3 Tbsp. garlic powder

  8. 3 Tbsp. onion powder

  9. 3 Tbsp. oregano

  10. 3 Tbsp. sweet paprika

  11. 1 Tbsp. mustard powder

  12. 1 Tbsp. celery salt

  13. a pinch of cayenne pepper

  14. Mix all; store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Use on pork, chicken, turkey or fish. (Or shrimp!)
