  3. 12 ounces ground beef and 4 ounces ground

  4. pork or 1 pound ground beef

  5. 4 ounces Parmesan cheese

  6. 1 egg (lightly beaten)

  7. 1 cup bread crumbs

  8. 1 salt

  9. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

  11. 1 cup minced onion

  12. 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley

  13. Mix ingredients thoroughly by hand or with kitchen aid with paddle attachment.

  14. Roll into balls, 2-3 ounces each.

  15. 250 degrees F until internal temperature is

  16. 165 degrees F (about 45 minutes).

  17. Another option is to pan fry in olive oil for a crispier, more browned exterior.
