  1. 1 Lb Butter

  2. 1 1/2 C Sugar

  3. 6 Egg Yolks

  4. 5 1/2 C Flour

  5. 1 Pinch Salt

  6. 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  7. 2 Tsp Lemon Rind -- grated Mix like any pastry. Add all ingredients in bowl. Cut butter into mixture to make a dough. Roll it out and cut into any shape.

  1. Fill with jams, jellys or nut fillings, or top with egg whites beaten stiff.
