  1. 1 Honeydew melon; small

  2. 2 Oranges

  3. 1 cup 237ml Blue grapes

  4. Lettuce leaves

  5. 12 Walnut halves

  6. Dressing

  7. 8 oz 227g Yogurt (1 container)

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange juice

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tomato catsup

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Evaporated milk

  12. 1 Salt

  13. 1 White pepper

  1. Scoop out melon with melon baller. Cut peel from oranges, remove white membrane, and slice crosswise.

  2. Cut grapes in half and remove seeds.

  3. Line a glass bowl with lettuce leaves; arrange melon balls, orange slices, grapes, and walnuts in layers on top of lettuce.

  4. Mix and blend well all ingredients for the dressing. Adjust seasonings. Pour dressing over fruit.

  5. Let salad ingredients marinate for 30 minutes.

  6. Toss salad just before serving.
