  1. 3 cups bake-it-all mix*

  2. 3/4 cup milk

  1. Preparation : *Do not pack. Make a well in the Mix. Add milk and stir with a fork, about 25 strokes. Turn onto a sheet of waxed paper. Knead well 6 times. Roll out or pat to 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board. Cut into 2-inch rounds with floured cutter. Place on a cooky sheet. Bake in a 450 F. oven 10 to 12 minutes. NOTE: for 6 biscuits, use 1 cup Mix with 1/4 cup milk. For Drop Biscuits, drop by tablespoonsful on a greased cookie sheet and bake as above.
