  1. 4 x tortilla wraps

  2. 8 x sliced roast beef

  3. 1pkt rocket salad, washed and picked

  4. 125g cream cheese

  5. Jar of caramelised onion and orange chutney

  1. Heat tortillas under the grill or wrap them in aluminium foil and heat in the oven for a few mins.

  2. Spread the cream cheese down the centre of the tortilla, add the rocket salad and the warm roast beef and top with a generous helping of caramelised onion and orange chutney.

  3. Roll up the tortilla and slice horizontally into pinwheels to make an impressive hors d'oeuvre that your guests will love.
