  5. 1 ts Vegetable oil

  6. 1 ts Chopped Jalapeno

  7. 1 tb (heaping) chopt Bell Pepper

  8. 1 tb (heaping) chopt onion

  9. 1 ts (heaping) chopt celery

  10. 1/4 ts Granulated garlic

  11. 1 c Chicken broth (Lo/No Salt)

  12. 1/2 lb Sausage links (thinly slice)

  13. 3/4 lb (approx) Kraft American

  14. -Cheese, grated NOT Cheddar

  15. -NOT Velveeta!

  16. 1/4 c Chopped tomato

  17. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add

  18. peppers, onions and celery and cook until tender. Add

  19. garlic and chicken broth. In a separate skillet, cook

  20. and drain sliced sausage. Add sausage to vegetable

  21. mixture.

  22. Start sprinkling in cheese, stirring to melt. Add

  23. cheese until queso is the desired thickness. Stir in

  24. chopped tomato.

  25. Serve queso with chips as an appetizer, or, over

  26. smoked potatoes, baked potatoes, sauteed spinich,

  27. broccoli, fried potatoes or noodles. --
