  1. Cheese Sauce

  2. 3 cups. 3 Tbsp. butter

  3. 3 Tbsp. flour

  4. 2 c. milk

  5. 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 1/4 tsp. white pepper

  8. In medium saucepan melt butter;stir in flour until completely

  9. blended. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring

  10. constantly until thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients,

  11. stirring until cheese melts completely.
