  12. 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

  13. 1/3 cup milk

  14. 1/3 cup tomato ketchup

  15. 1 teaspoon salt

  16. 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

  17. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  18. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

  19. 6 hamburger buns

  1. Mix together ground beef, soft bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard.

  2. Shape into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.

  3. Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Serve on hamburger buns.
