  1. 2 c Sugar

  2. 2 c Cream

  3. 1 3/4 c Corn syrup

  4. 1 c Butter or butter substitute

  5. 1 c Chopped nuts

  6. Few grains salt

  1. Boil all together except the nuts and 1 cup cream.

  2. Boil 30 minutes.

  3. Add the second cup of cream and boil to a firm ball stage (248 F).

  4. Add nuts and pour without stirring into well-buttered pan.

  5. When cold cut in squares.
