  1. 16 oz. bow macaroni (uncooked)

  2. 9 c. chicken, cooked & cubed

  3. 2 c. celery, sliced

  4. 1/2 c. green onion, sliced

  5. 1/4 c. pimento, chopped

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed

  8. 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms

  9. 1 1/2 c. whole cashews

  10. Lettuce leaves

  11. 2 c. ranch dressing

  1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place cooked pasta in 7-quart bowl or plastic container. Add remaining ingredients, except cashews and lettuce. Toss gently. Refrigerate until serving time. Add cashews; toss gently. Add dressing and serve in lettuce-lined bowl. Makes 25 (1-cup) servings. Recipe can be cut in half.
