  1. 2 lb bag of Hash Brown Potato es (I like Ore Ida Southern Style), thawed

  2. 1 can Cream of Chicken soup

  3. 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

  4. 1 pint sour cream

  5. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  6. 1/2 stick margarine or butter

  7. 2 cups cornflake s

  1. Mix together in a very large bowl (except for the cornflakes and butter!) the ingredients. Put mixture in a casserole dish. Spread the cornflakes on top. Cut the butter and lay on top of the casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1½ hours.
