    1. HOT PEANUT FUDGE SAUCE

    2. (Makes about 2 cups)

    3. 1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

    4. 3/4 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened)

    5. 1/2 cup peanut butter

    6. 1/2 cup marshmallow creme

    7. 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

    8. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a saucepan over very low

    9. heat. Add evaporated milk, peanut butter and marshmallow creme.

    10. Beat until thoroughly combined.

    11. Ladle warm sauce over ice cream; garnish with peanuts.
