  9. 1 medium onion, chopped

  10. 2 cans chili seasoned chunky tomatoes

  11. 1 1/2 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta

  12. 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese -- or Cheddar

  13. cheese

  14. 1 wide strips then crosswise into 1 inch pieces. Spray Dutch oven with vegetable cooking spray; heat oven to

  15. medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onion to pan; cook and stir 3

  16. minutesStir tomatoes, pasta, and 1/2 cup water into pan. Bring to a

  17. boil, reduce heat to low. Cover tightly; simmer 20 minutes or until
