  1. 1 1/4 pounds Ground beef or ground

  2. Turkey

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoon Chili powder

  4. teaspoon Ground cumin

  5. 10 ounces Pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained

  6. 1 1/4 cup Chunky salsa

  7. 1 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded

  8. 8 mediums Flour tortillas -- warmed

  1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Season beef with chili powder, cumin and ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through.

  2. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Spoon ½ cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
