  1. 1/4 Tomatoes - finely cut 2 Onions - finely cut Salt - to taste

  2. Chopped coriander leaves - for garnish

  3. For Seasoning

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mustard seeds

  6. 1 section Curry leaves

  7. 6 Flakes garlic - (to 8), crushed

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Jeera - (cumin) powder

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chile powder

  1. Cook the tomatoes and onions with 7 to 8 cups of water and salt to taste. When it is cooked, season with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic and jeera, pepper and chile powders. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
