  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Frog legs - skinned and trimmed

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped parsley

  7. 1/2 Garlic clove - crushed

  8. Fritter batter

  9. Oil - for frying

  10. Fried parsley

  1. In a deep bowl, combine frogs' legs, salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil, parsley, and garlic. Let stand for 1 hour. Dry legs with paper towels.

  2. Dip legs in fritter batter and deep-fry until well browned. Drain.

  3. Garnish with fried parsley. Serve hot.
