  1. 3/4 cup bacon fat

  2. 5 cups whole wheat flour

  3. 1 cup whole milk

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 1 teaspoon sea salt

  7. 1/2 cup cold water

  1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees.

  2. Grease cookie sheet with some of the bacon fat from ingredient list.

  3. Mix all remaining ingredients in large miking bowl.

  4. Roll out flat and use desired cookie cutter shape. Use additional flour to prevent sticking to surfaces.

  5. Bake 35-40 minutes.

  6. Cook on wire rack.

  7. Store in airtight container.

  8. Stores at room temp for 1 week. Refrigerate up to 1 month. Freeze up to 6 months.
