  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Light mayonnaise

  3. 2 Celery stalks - chopped

  4. 1 cup 237ml Red seedless grapes - cut in half

  5. 4 MacIntosh apples - cored, and Cut into 1" chunks

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped walnuts

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and mayonnaise until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients except the walnuts and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top. This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 3/4 cup.
