  2. 5 cups water

  3. 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint

  4. 1 tbsp. dried sage leaves

  5. 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves

  6. 4 tsp. honey

  7. 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice

  8. 4 lemon wedges

  9. 4 fresh mint sprigs

  1. Heat water to boiling in a medium saucepan. Pour into a warm teapot and add mint, sage and tarragon. Cover and let steep 5 minutes. Strain the tea into 4 cups. Stir 1 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. lemon juice into each cup. Garnish each with a lemon wedge and mint sprig before serving.
