  1. 4 oz 113g Elbow macaroni

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml French dressing

  3. 1 Apple - peeled and diced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - minced (small)

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Paprika

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain, rinse and cool.

  2. Add the French dressing and chill for 2 hours.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the apple, lemon juice, onion, and mayonnaise.

  4. On salad plates, place macaroni mixture on the bottom. Top the apple mixture on macaroni.

  5. Garnish with the paprika.
