  1. 2 cn (15 oz. each) black beans

  2. 1 md Onion

  3. 1 Green bell pepper

  4. 2 Cloves garlic

  5. 1 ts Cumin powder

  6. 1/2 ts Oregano

  7. 1/2 ts Salt

  8. 1 ts Red wine vinegar

  9. Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft. Add beans with remaining liquid. Add dry spices. Simmer 15-30 minutes. Add vinegar just before serving.
