  1. 2-3 lbs ground beef

  2. 8oz grated colby cheese

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1 tbsp mustard

  5. 1 tsp garlic salt

  6. 2 small cans mushroom s

  7. 2 small cans tomato sauce

  8. 1 1/2 cups oatmeal

  9. 1 tsp seasoned salt

  1. In a large bowl mix the ground beef, 1 can of tomato sauce, egg, oatmeal, mustard, seasoned salt, and garlic salt. Divide mixture in half. Place one half on a sheet of foil and flatten into a rectangle. Pour one can of mushrooms into the center of the rectangle, spreading close to edges. Add almost ½ the grated cheese over the mushrooms. Roll, and seal inside the foil sheet. Repeat the process with the remaining half of ground beef mixture.

  2. Place rolls into a baking dish and cook at 350° for 45 minutes. Unwrap the rolls and pour one can of tomato sauce on the top of each roll. Continue baking for 10 minutes then add remaining cheese on top for last 5 minutes
