  1. 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, well drained, coarsely chopped

  2. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

  4. 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)

  5. 1 package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)

  6. 1 package (9 oz) frozen diced cooked chicken breast, thawed

  7. 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix artichokes, mayonnaise, red pepper sauce and 1/4 cup of the cheese.

  2. Spread artichoke mixture over pizza crust. Top with chicken, bell pepper and remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

  3. When grill is heated, place pizza on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
