  1. 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese (not whipped) 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion 1 tablespoon Accent seasoning , flavor enhancer 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (well-drained) chopped pecans

  1. Let the cream cheese soften a bit on the counter.

  2. Chop green pepper and green onion as fine as possible.

  3. Drain pineapple repeatedly (the more moisture you can get out of it the better your cheeseball will form).

  4. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

  5. Chill for 1/2 hour.

  6. Form into a ball and, if desired, roll in chopped pecans.

  7. Chill until ready to serve. ?
