  6. 4 stalks fresh thyme -- snipped, up to

  7. garlic powder

  8. seasoned salt -- to taste

  9. black pepper -- to taste

  10. 6 tablespoons curry powder -Jamaican

  11. Mrs Dash -- to taste

  12. Lemon Pepper

  13. 1/2 scotch bonnet haberno pepper -- cut in small pieces

  1. Mix the meat with all the above ingredients except the thyme in a large pot to coat. Ensure the meat is thoroughly mixed and covered.

  2. Place the mixture in the crock pot, add the snipped thyme.

  3. Cook on high 1 hour, reduce to low and cook for 5-6 hours or until tender and juices run clear.
