  1. 1 Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Water

  3. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Regular long-grain rice - uncooked

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Paprika

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  6. 4 Skinless boneless chicken breast halves

  1. Recipe Instructions In a two-quart shallow baking dish, mix water, rice, paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375F for 45 minutes until done. NOTES : This is fast, simple and very good. I sometimes use cream of chicken soup in place of mushroom soup.
