  1. 8 oz 227g Garlic - minced

  2. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Chicken breasts - grilled

  3. 5 1/2 tablespoons 82ml Olive oil

  4. Skinned - boned and diced

  5. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Shiitake mushrooms --

  6. Sliced 16 oz 454g Bow tie noodles - cooked

  7. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Fresh plum tomatoes --

  8. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Chopped green onions

  9. 4 oz 113g Cilantro - chopped and 1 teaspoon 5ml Crushed red pepper

  10. 2 cups 474ml Chicken broth

  1. Cook and stir garlic in hot oil in large skillet over medium high heat until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions and crushed red pepper. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add broth; simmer mixture to reduce slightly. Add chicken, noodles and 1/2 of the cilantro; heat through. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
