  4. 2 tbsp. melted butter

  5. 2 tbsp. orange juice

  6. 1 tsp. fine grated orange peel

  7. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  8. 1/2 cup chopped, pitted dates

  9. 1/2 cup raisins

  10. 1/2 tsp. salt

  11. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. Bring broth to simmer and add couscous. Cover and let stand until couscous is tender and liquid is absorbed, approx.
