  1. 4 medium courgettes, halved horizontally

  2. 100g Philadelphia Original

  3. 1 x 198g can sweetcorn kernels, drained

  4. 40g cooked ham, diced

  5. Freshly ground black pepper

  1. Using a teaspoon, scoop out the seeds from the courgettes, halved horizontally, to form a boat shape.

  2. Cook in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until softened, drain and place onto a grill pan.

  3. Mix Philadelphia with sweetcorn kernels, cooked ham and season with pepper. Grill under a medium hot grill for 3-4 minutes until starting to brown.

  4. Serve with salad garnish.
