  1. 2 cups home made raw cashew milk

  2. 1 overfilled cup of stewed organic apples or unsweetened pure organic applesauce

  3. 3 Tbsp agave, or more to taste

  4. 2 tsp natural vanilla extract

  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon pinch Celtic sea salt

  6. 1 Tbsp non GM lecithin

  1. Throw everything in your blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add in some more sweetener to taste, and if you want a creamier smoothie, put in some non GM lecithin. But I don’t think it needs it. ENJOY!
