  1. 1 cup of sugar

  2. 1 cup of self rising flour

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  5. 1 stick butter

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  7. 1 large can of peaches

  8. 29oz (1 lb. 13 oz.)

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.

  2. Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.

  3. Add the flour sugar mixture to the butter in pan.

  4. Then add 1 can of peaches with juice (do not stir).

  5. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. This is really good with vanilla ice cream on it but good without.

  7. This is good made with different kinds of fruit. ==

  8. Note: you will have a better crust if you use the self rising flour plus the 1/ 2 teaspoon baking powder.
