  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Chopped onion

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried dill

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried oregano

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried basil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  11. 3 Beef consomme - undiluted

  12. 10 1/2 ounces per can

  13. 2 Diced tomatoes - undrained

  14. 14 1/2 ounces per can

  15. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Uncooked converted rice

  1. Brown meat in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain well.

  2. Place meat in a 4-quart electric slow cooker; stir in water and next 10 ingredients. Cover; cook on low-heat for 8 hours. Increase heat setting to high; stir in rice. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
