  1. 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  2. 6 Garlic cloves - peeled

  3. 1 Onion - chopped

  4. 3 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes

  5. 1 can Tomato paste

  6. 1 bunch Basil - chopped

  7. cup Sundried tomatoes in oil - drained

  8. Parmesan cheese

  1. Directions: Heat oil in sauce pan and add garlic. Saute' for one minute.

  2. Add onion, tomato paste, diced tomato, sundried tomatoes and basil to taste. Cook and simmer for 1 - ½ hours. Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
